1. Privacy Statement
Waterproof.com LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. All information collected is for internal use only and is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We do not sell, share, or disclose your information to third parties. You will not be contacted unless you have requested communication or provided consent.
2. Limited Warranty
Products sold by Waterproof.com LLC are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship upon delivery. Customer must reach out to Waterproof.com LLC within 10 business days to resolve warranty issue.
Warranty Coverage:
- Defective products will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Waterproof.com LLC, at no cost to the buyer.
- This warranty is conditioned upon receipt of written notice of any defect, submitted promptly after discovery and within the one-year warranty period.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not apply to products that:
- Have been damaged, misused, neglected, or altered in any way.
- Were involved in accidents or improper handling.
- Exhibit issues related to color match or color retention.
Waterproof.com LLC makes no warranties regarding the fitness of its products for specific applications or the duration of service, unless explicitly agreed to in writing based on full disclosure of the proposed usage.
DISCLAIMER: THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Waterproof.com LLC be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products
4. Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return terms below:
- Full refund available on items returned within 10 days of delivery, provided they are in new and unused condition. No restocking fee applies.
- Returns made after 10 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- SealOnce Adhesive is non-refundable.
- We accept returns for up to 90 days from the purchase date. After 90 days, returns are not accepted.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You may choose any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
- Include a copy of your invoice or email order confirmation with your return.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Waterproof.com LLC reserves the right to reject returns that:
- Are received after the 90-day return window
- Are not in their original condition
5. Canadian Shipping
For shipments to Canada, the recipient is responsible for all applicable fees, including but not limited to:
- Customs duties and tariffs
- Exchange rate fees
- Brokerage, GST, VAT, and entry preparation fees
These charges are not included in your Waterproof.com LLC order and will be collected by the carrier or customs authority.
6. Free Shipping Offers
We offer limited free shipping promotions under the following conditions:
- SealOnce Basement System Orders: Free shipping on orders totaling $300 or more. Valid for shipments within the continental U.S. only.
- Member’s Free Shipping Offer: Free shipping on orders of $1,500 or more of select product lines.
Additional Terms:
- Offers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
- Returns must comply with our return policy.
- Offers are subject to change without notice.
7. Expedited Shipping
While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, please note the following:
- Same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders placed before 9:00 a.m. CST, Monday–Friday, are generally processed the same day.
- Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
- We do not guarantee UPS or any carrier’s estimated delivery times.
