Non-Member Return Policy

You can return items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, with no restocking fee, as long as the items are in new and unused condition. After 10 days, returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Please note, SealOnce Adhesive is non-refundable after 10 days. We accept returns up to 90 days from the purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may use any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Waterproof.com LLC reserves the right to reject returns sent after the return period or items not in their original condition.

How to Return an Item(s)

To return, simply ship your items with a copy of your invoice or order confirmation via your preferred shipping method. Once received, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
