- Lift the green lid and rotate it until it releases.
- Remove the lid from the center post.
- Align the tabs on the bottom of the center post with the matching openings in the bottom of the pot.
- Push down and give the center post a quarter turn.
- Locate the prong near the top of the center post.
- Align the prong with the notch in the lid.
- Pop the lid back into place.
