Pro-SealOnce is a new generation sealant. Wet or dry, Pro-SealOnce bonds the vinyl channels water-tight to the wet, leaky basement floor. Simply clean and sponge the floor free of dirt and grime. Apply a tall bead of Pro-SealOnce to the bottom of the Water X-Tract System. Set the system in place and gently see-saw the section about 1/2-inch once to the left and then back holding the lightly system in place for about 30 seconds. This will give a structural as well as water-tight seal to the basement waterproofing system.
