Twice the Bond!

Pro-SealOnce is a new generation sealant. Wet or dry, Pro-SealOnce bonds the vinyl channels water-tight to the wet, leaky basement floor. Simply clean and sponge the floor free of dirt and grime. Apply a tall bead of Pro-SealOnce to the bottom of the Water X-Tract System. Set the system in place and gently see-saw the section about 1/2-inch once to the left and then back holding the lightly system in place for about 30 seconds. This will give a structural as well as water-tight seal to the basement waterproofing system.

Bonds Vinyl Baseboard to Wet Concrete!

Pro-SealOnce Adhesive was specially designed to bond the Water X-Tract basement waterproofing system to a wet, leaky floor. The glue is moisture activated, therefore, water actually helps accelerated the setting of the adhesive! Wet or dry the Pro-SealOnce will create a long lasting water-tight seal leaving the basement dry for years to come!

Pro-SealOnce's Outstanding Strength!

To demonstrate Pro-SealOnce's outstanding strength we chained two concrete blocks together, then we drenched the block with water to create a typical wet basement situation. Next, we applied a bead of Pro-SealOnce to the wet block and set a piece of Water X-Tract main section on the bead of Pro-SealOnce. 48 hours later the Pro-SealOnce bond is strong enough to lift two concrete blocks!

The Water X-Tract System is then drained directly into the top of a professional sump pump system.
