Our most adaptable system! Can be install two different ways...
The Flat-Track's versital design allows it to adapt to any basement waterproofing job!

Option 1: installing the Flat-Track next to the basement footing. Bust up the basement floor a foot away from the walls exposing the footing. Place the Flat-Track System in a bed of small rock and set the Drain-Eze System on top of the footing. The Drain-Eze System will overlap out above the Flat-Track System to direct water into the Flat-Track.

Option 2: installing the Flat-Track on top of the basement footing. Bust up the basement floor 6 inches away from the walls to expose the footing. The Flat-Track and Rim-Skirt are nested together to creat a footer system that will collect water seepage entering through the joint where the footing and walls meet, and from underneath the basement floor.

Waterproofing a basement is a major home repair project, it's costly but it protects a home and its possessions from catastrophic damage. Warranties can repair the system, but won’t bring back a lost possessions or prevent catastrophes.
